Mailing Lists
Mailings lists are an excellent way to share information and ideas.
I have started a mailing list discussion group to talk about the park and our adventures therein. We are up to five members including myself...but that does not stop us from posting! Just send an e-mail to malibucreek-subscribe@yahoogroups.com to subscribe. Then we can talk about a lot of other stuff too! Like what are the best trails and when to hike them. And true stories of our hiking adventures. That sort of stuff. Kind of like sitting around the campfire but without the fire hazard.

Fellow Malibu Creek State Park docent Steve Kilgore has started a mailing list as well about the park. He facilitates a lot of hikes in the park. He also does the kite flying programs, astronomy programs, and mucho other stuff. Just send an e-mail to kites_at_Malibu_state_parks-subscribe@yahoogroups.com to subscribe.
Become a docent! Volunteer! Run amuck in the park (but in a safe and educated way)!
